I feel like I've just been on a very long journey.But I do now feel lighter/ I would like to keep doing sessions on this topic. Are there others, or should I just keep repeating this?

Amazingly I had a lot of joy in being lost. Safety comfort. And then arose an angry retribution. A way of punishing the harmful people by never letting them see me. Then again a feeling of bliss of not being an I in the vastness of nothingness. Then a memory of expanding into another dimension and feeling in great pain - the pain of complete isolation feeling as if it would never end. Then a great peace again.Then this thought arose: the parts, the adaptations not only protect a self, they create an identity. Conflicted, joyous, sad, blissful. The thoughts and beliefs all create an 1, belong to anI. Without them as they are that I would not exist. Then just a rush of deep care for all of it.Focus brought with it authenticity. Not that I am focused but that focus becomes the natural expression of an integrated curious joyous experimenter - focus is the name for authentic expression... that it was as natural as breath.Thank you!

At the end of the session my I am statement was I am worthy to move forward and making decisions that serve ME best in my life.I realized that I need to let go of worry and focus on the positive in my life. have been giving too much energy to negative stuff cheers krishna
