Presence, not prescription
We begin with what is alive now, without imposing a formula on your experience.
ABOUT
This space was born from a simple knowing: beneath all the striving, there is something in us that has never needed to be fixed.

THE NAME
Nigh means near. Close at hand. Not elsewhere, not someday. Here. The name is an invitation to turn toward what is already near: the body, the breath, the quiet truth beneath the practiced story.
It points to a way of meeting life that is intimate and unforced. A return to what has always been available.
THE THRESHOLD
Thresholds can be disorienting. The old language no longer carries us, and the new has not yet arrived. Here, we do not hurry across. We learn to stay close, listen, and let the unknown have its own intelligence.
THE APPROACH
We begin with what is alive now, without imposing a formula on your experience.
Words can make contact with what has been felt but not yet named.
Not everything asks to be solved. Some things ask to be accompanied.

HOW I COME TO THIS
My work is shaped by years of listening: to people, to language, to silence, and to the subtle ways the body tells the truth. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for your own knowing.
